By using Digi Brand Builders’ services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

1. Service Overview

Digi Brand Builders provides Done-For-You (DFY) Shopify services, including but not limited to store setup, branding, marketing, and ongoing support.
By purchasing or using our services, you acknowledge that results may vary depending on multiple factors and that no specific outcomes or earnings are guaranteed.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Payment in full is required before service initiation, unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Due to the customized and digital nature of our services, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated after project commencement may result in suspension of all services and legal action if necessary.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide accurate and timely information required for project development.

  • Clients are solely responsible for ensuring legal and regulatory compliance of their business, including but not limited to: taxes, business licensing, data protection, and product regulations.

  • Digi Brand Builders is not responsible for the performance, compliance, or operational results of any third-party tools or platforms used in connection with your store.

4. Limitation of Liability

Digi Brand Builders shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to: e-commerce operations, advertising performance, third-party integrations, or changes to platform policies (e.g., Shopify, Meta, or Amazon).
All services are provided “as-is” and without warranty of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

All branding assets, creative designs, written content, and marketing materials produced by Digi Brand Builders remain the intellectual property of Digi Brand Builders until full payment has been received.
Upon full payment, ownership rights to custom deliverables may transfer to the client, unless otherwise specified in writing.

6. Service Modifications

Digi Brand Builders reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue any service at its discretion and without prior notice. Any such updates will be reflected in the latest version of these Terms and Conditions.
